TOBI ADEWODU, 2024 Mosaic Fellow

Tobi is an MBA Candidate at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Tobi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning the financial and nonprofit sectors. Before Fuqua, he served as a Vice President of Residential Mortgage Lending at Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Tobi served as the workforce development director at GRIP Outreach for Youth, a mentorship organization focused on holistically investing in the lives of Chicago youth. For his work, he was recognized as an Emerging Leader by the We Raise Foundation for his leadership and innovation in addressing poverty, violence, and inequality in the United States. Tobi holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Howard University. At Fuqua, he serves as the Co-President of the Entrepreneurship through Acquisition club, VP of Alumni Relations for the Black Business Student Association, and as a CASE fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship. He is incredibly excited to be joining Apis & Heritage Capital Partners this summer and support their mission of closing the racial wealth gap through the Employee-Led Buyout Model.
