Grace Zhong, Spring Fellow
Grace Zhong is a Spring Fellow at Impact Capital Managers, having joined the team in Spring 2025.
Before her fellowship, Grace interned as a Financial Analyst at Kognitiv Edge AI, conducting extensive research on human resources and talent management in the defense industry to identify competitive landscapes and expansion opportunities, and at private equity firm PAG, constructing financial models for potential acquisitions in consumer retail. Her experience includes founding the Lyrebird Art Association, a non-profit aimed at creating social impact through community engagement, strategic partnerships, and fundraising initiatives.
Grace is currently pursuing a dual concentration in Applied Mathematics and English at Brown University, where she maintains a strong academic foundation in analytical thinking and effective communication. Actively involved in the Socially Responsible Investment Group, she manages investments within a $250K AUM fund dedicated to socially responsible assets as sector head of Consumers and Retail. She also consults for Brown's Collegiate Consulting Club, developing actionable market strategies and enhancing brand visibility for tech-driven startups and serves on the Undergraduate Finance Board, allocating a $2.8 million student activities budget.
Grace is passionate about leveraging her skills in finance, data-driven analysis, and strategic communication to foster impactful, sustainable growth and innovation across the impact capital space.
