SOA ANDRIAN, 2022 Mosaic Fellow
Soa is an MBA candidate at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and is passionate about impact investing as a tool and platform for building a more just and equitable world where every individual can live a life they have reason to value. Prior to the GSB, Soa advised nonprofits, philanthropists, foundations and other mission driven organizations on strategy as a consultant at The Bridgespan Group -first in their New York office and then as a founding member of Bridgespan’s Africa Initiative office in Johannesburg, South Africa. Supporting impact investing clients was one of Soa’s most exciting projects at Bridgespan and she is excited to learn even more and become a practitioner as a Mosaic Fellow. Soa received an AB degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a Minor in Global Health and Health Policy at Harvard College. Global public health remains a passion for Soa, who continues to develop this interest as a member of the Healthcare Investment team at Stanford’s Impact Fund and as an intern at Adjuvant Capital, a leading global health impact VC fund.
