SARAH KUXHAUSEN, 2024 Mosaic Fellow

Sarah Kuxhausen is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School where she is majoring in Business, Energy, Environment, and Sustainability. At Wharton, Sarah is an Investment Associate on the Environment and Sustainability team with Wharton Impact Investing Partners. Prior to attending Wharton, Sarah was an Investment Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Sarah started her career in investment banking focusing on the energy transition at Guggenheim Securities. She received her BBA in Finance and Accounting summa cum laude from the University of Houston. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cave & tech diving, mountaineering, rock climbing and snowboarding. Sarah will be joining Ecosystem Integrity Fund this summer and looks forward to fostering long term connections with early stage founders accelerating the energy transition.
