SARAH GROSS, 2020 Mosaic Fellow

Sarah is an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management (SOM) and is passionate about investing in solutions that address sustainability challenges and promote gender inclusion. In Spring 2020, Sarah joined ICM as an MBA Fellow. In this role she has facilitated a working group of general partners to synthesize and disseminate best practices in impact measurement and management. Prior, Sarah spent four years as a management consultant at Deloitte. Over the course of these years, she worked with federal agencies, non-profits, and higher education institutions to shape their organizational strategies and bring them to fruition. Sarah holds a BA in Public Policy from Princeton University.
