MEGAN MCHALE, 2023 Mosaic Fellow
Megan McHale is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to business school, Megan worked primarily as a management consultant at Strategy&-PwC, with a focus on the consumer industry. Megan also previously worked at Burnt Island Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, where she supported numerous investments at the intersection of climate change and water quality, access, and re-use. Megan is excited to apply her knowledge of CPG / retail, early-stage impact investing, ESG, and sustainability this summer at Regeneration.VC, where she will focus on the decarbonization and transformation of the consumer industry from a take-make-waste model to a circular economy. A New Jersey native, Megan holds a B.A. in Political Science, with a focus on international development, from Yale University. Outside of work, she enjoys Philadelphia Eagles football, gluten-free baking, and film photography.
