KELLY THOMPSON, 2024 Mosaic Fellow

Before embarking on a dual degree candidacy at UChicago Booth (MBA) and Harris (Master of Public Policy), Kelly Thompson worked in a variety of banking and private equity roles in New York City. Kelly is passionate about advancing health equity and the development of affordable housing through the use of impact investing vehicles. She has worked across the Life Sciences, healthcare, and housing industries – and has traveled the world with Habitat for Humanity to better understand international housing policy. This summer, Kelly will be working with the team at Shift Capital and is thrilled to learn more about housing equity and community investment in Philly and Upstate NY (born and raised)!
