KAVYA SEKAR, 2024 Mosaic Fellow

Kavya Sekar is a first-year student at University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. She is extremely passionate about social impact, particularly economic mobility. Initially, her passion translated into volunteering and probono consulting at education and economic mobility related nonprofits in India. After working for ~3 years in Finance & Accounting at Deloitte, India and ~2.5 years in Management Consulting at BCG, India, she pivoted into the social impact practice area at BCG where she worked on transforming the public education system in an Indian state.

Outside of work, she loves reading and can always be found at the closest public library.
