GENESIA TANG, 2024 Mosaic Fellow
Genesia is an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, she worked in New York as a Strategy & Operations Principal at Via Transportation, a venture-backed mobility startup seeking to enable on-demand transit at scale and reduce reliance on private vehicles. Previously, she was a Consultant at Deloitte, supporting public sector clients from across the transportation, defense, and healthcare industries become more digitally-enabled and innovative. Genesia received her BCom (Honors) in Finance from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, a city she calls home and will always be happy to return to. Genesia is passionate about building sustainable, equitable, and resilient cities, and aspires to be a leader in the global net zero transition. At HBS, she is involved as a Student Sustainability Associate, leading on-campus sustainability initiatives and participating in advisory meetings with HBS faculty and staff, and serves on the Leadership Team of the HBS Sustainability Club. She is incredibly excited to be joining Blackhorn Ventures this summer and supporting their mission of industrial disruption to decarbonize the physical world!
