AVA CHANG, 2022 Mosaic Fellow

Ava is a first-year MBA student at the Wharton School. Prior to business school, she spent time working in the tech sector and launching operations in new markets both as a Chief of Staff at Lori Systems, a logistics start-up based in Nairobi, Kenya, and on the Strategy team at Uber. Ava also worked in finance, including emerging markets healthcare investing across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia as part of the Abraaj Group. She is passionate about leveraging technology to create new economic opportunities for under-served populations and is very excited to learn as an ICM Mosaic Fellow this summer. She holds a BA in Computer Science from Wellesley College.
