AMY ZHAO, 2022 Mosaic Fellow

Hailing from California, Amy is currently attending Stanford GSB and pursuing a career in climate tech VC. Prior to business school, she worked as a management consultant at Strategy&-PwC, with a focus on serving power and utilities clients. Her exposure to the power sector precipitated her interest in renewable energy integration and grid modernization. Her experience in power sector corporate strategy and VC fueled her interest in green hydrogen, heavy industry decarbonization, and mineral extraction and recycling. At Clean Energy Ventures, she’s looking forward to developing expertise in early stage, hard tech investing in these areas, as well as building a network and community with other climate-minded and impact-driven individuals. Outside of work, she enjoys salsa dancing, skiing, and reading science fiction.
