LAUREN WESTON, 2023 Mosaic Fellow

Lauren is an MBA student at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Lauren worked at Thomvest Ventures, investing in financial services technology and real estate technology companies from seed to Series D. Lauren started her career at Morgan Stanley where she worked in capital markets and equity research, advising financial institutions and real estate companies. She is passionate about building communities among shared values and driving system positive impact in how we work, live, and learn. In 2021, Lauren received the HBCUvc Emerging Venture Leaders Award and she is currently an investment partner with Dorm Room Fund in the Boston region. Lauren received her BA from Yale University. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks, learning about emerging areas in financial inclusion and the built environment, and spending time with family and friends.
