KAT CHANG, 2025 Mosaic Fellow

Kat is pursuing a dual-degree MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and MPA in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to moving thirteen time zones west to Cambridge, Kat was an investment manager for utility-scale renewable energy projects and platforms across the Asia-Pacific, while also serving as a policy researcher and advocate for sustainable transportation systems in the Philippines. Kat was born and raised in Manila, where she received a BS in Management Engineering with a minor in Development Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
